NAAIM Regional Meetings
RIAs all across the country are realizing that active management is one of the few things that worked in 2009. Strategies that can defend a portfolio’s value helped many mangers retain and even grow assets last year, despite the recession. If your RIA firm has an interest in active management of investments, I’d like to invite you to learn more with the National Association of Active Investment Managers (NAAIM) meetings going on in your area. Through interaction with other active money managers, NAAIM members learn how to grow their practices and discuss challenges, solutions and innovations in the art and science of active money management. Our members report that the #1 benefit of NAAIM is being able to mingle and learn from other active managers – sort of a rare breed. Normally, our greatest networking opportunities occur at our 3 national meetings each year, but now networking with like-minded advisers comes to life at the NAAIM regional meetings.
